Had 3 strokes,first one came with head seizure after 4 days in hospital, had to be put into a medical coma. 😮.had surgery on carotid artery which was blockedðŸ™OK now.

Exercise: Hip-swing floorstab exercise is from From The Successful Stroke Survivor by book Tom Balchin. It is a precursor to warm up for ‘turning 90 degrees with ease’ and is designed to get you to activate your hips. It builds up your ability to hip-swing.
